Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the use of this website and to stretch ceiling services supplied by Flowlink Ceilings Sdn Bhd (registration 202201025391 (1470258-W)). Placing a signed order confirms acceptance of the project terms below.
1. Quotations
Quotations are issued after a site survey, are fixed for the scope they describe, and remain valid for 30 days. Changes you request after acceptance (finish, layout, lighting) are priced as written variations before work proceeds.
2. Deposits & Payment
Confirmed orders require a 40% deposit before fabrication begins, with the balance due on the day of completed installation. For commercial projects above RM30,000 a three-stage schedule (40/40/20) is available on request. Title in materials passes on full payment.
3. Site Readiness
You agree to provide access on the agreed dates, working electricity, and completion of any wet works (plumbing, wiring, plastering above the membrane line) before installation. If our crew arrives to an unready site, a rescheduling fee of RM300 may apply.
4. Installation & Making Good
We protect floors and furniture in the work area and remove our debris on completion. Minor drill fixings at the perimeter are inherent to the system; we are not responsible for pre-existing defects concealed above the old ceiling line, though we will document and report anything we find.
5. Warranty
Membrane, weld seams and track carry a 10-year warranty against manufacturing and installation defects, detailed in the warranty certificate issued at handover. The warranty excludes damage from third-party works, structural movement, leaks originating outside our scope, and modifications made by others. Warranty response time is 48 hours from report.
6. Website Content
Content on this website is provided for general information and is the copyright of Flowlink Ceilings Sdn Bhd. Project photographs are published with owners’ consent and may not be reused without written permission. We may amend the website and these terms at any time; the revision date above identifies the current version.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law. Otherwise, our aggregate liability in connection with a project is limited to the contract value of that project.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. We will always attempt good-faith resolution first — a call to +60 3-5870 4926 resolves nearly everything.
