Return & Refund Policy
Every Flowlink ceiling is fabricated to the measurements of one specific room, which makes conventional “returns” impossible — a membrane cut for your hall fits no other hall in Malaysia. This policy explains what we do instead, and where refunds genuinely apply.
Cancelling Before Fabrication
You may cancel free of charge at any time before your membrane enters fabrication. Deposits are refunded in full within 14 days to the original payment method. We confirm the fabrication start date in writing, so you always know where your order stands.
Cancelling After Fabrication Begins
Once cutting or printing has started, materials are committed. We will deduct the documented fabrication cost from your deposit and refund the remainder. For most residential projects this deduction is between 20% and 35% of the contract value.
If Something Is Wrong at Handover
Walk the room with our crew lead before signing the completion form. Visible defects noted at handover — a scuff, a wrinkle, an aperture out of position — are corrected at our cost, normally within five working days. If a defect cannot be corrected, we remake the affected panel free of charge.
Defects Found Later
Manufacturing or installation defects that surface after handover fall under the 10-year warranty: report them to [email protected] or +60 3-5870 4926 and a technician will attend within 48 hours. Warranty remedies are repair or remake; where neither is possible, we refund the value of the affected work.
Printed Artwork
Because colour perception varies between screens and fabric, printed-ceiling orders include a physical proof swatch you approve before full printing. Refunds are not available for colour differences from an approved swatch, but we will always reprint at cost price if you change your mind about an approved design.
How Refunds Are Paid
All refunds are made to the original payer and payment method within 14 days of agreement, with a written breakdown. No processing fees are deducted.
